Improved sperm selection with the MACS® ART Annexin V System

The presence of apoptotic sperm cells in semen preparations decreases the quality of specimen used for in vitro fertilization (IVF). The MACS® ART Annexin V System is designed to selectively deplete even early apoptotic spermatozoa with intact cellular membranes from processed semen samples. This method allows for sperm selection of highly potent spermatozoa within 30 minutes, optimized for use in any assisted reproductive technology (ART) technique, such as intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI). The system comes with batch-specific certificates of analysis and consistent quality.
