Figures

Figure 1

A tumor induced by the B16-F10 cell line was dissociated using the gentleMACS™ Octo Dissociator with Heaters in combination with the Tumor Dissociation Kit, mouse. CD4
+
TILs were isolated from the single-cell suspension using CD4 (TIL) MicroBeads, optional wash step, two MS Columns, and a MiniMACS™ Separator. Cells were fluorescently stained with CD4-PE and CD3ε-APC-Vio
®
770 and analyzed by flow cytometry using the MACSQuant
®
Analyzer. Cell debris and dead cells were excluded from the analysis based on scatter signals and DAPI fluorescence.

Detailed product information

Background information

CD4 (TIL) MicroBeads, mouse enable a positive selection of CD4
+
lymphocytes from solid mouse tumors, e.g., CT26.WT, 4T1, and B16F10 and have specifically been developed for an optimal isolation of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) from mouse tumors. The CD4 antigen is expressed on T helper cells, regulatory T cells, and at lower levels on subpopulations of NKT cells and dendritic cells.

Columns

MS, LS, autoMACS
®
Columns, or Multi-24 Column Blocks
