CD279 (PD1) antibodies – functional grade, mouse

CD279 (PD1) antibodies – functional grade, mouse

Clone: HA2-7B1
CD279, also known as programmed death-1 (PD1), is a 55 kDa member of the Ig superfamily expressed mainly on activated T and B lymphocytes. Expression is induced on activated myeloid cells as well. CD279 (PD1) is thought to be involved in lymphocyte clonal selection and plays a key role in peripheral tolerance and autoimmune disease in mice. The ligands of CD279 (PD1), PD-L1 (B7-H1), and PD-L2 (B7-DC) belong to the B7 immunoglobulin superfamily. Clone HA2-7B1 has been used to block the binding of PD1 to its ligands.

Applications

The CD279 (PD1) pure – functional grade antibody can be used to block the binding of PD1 to its ligand PDL1 and PDL2.

Alternative names

PDCD1, Ly101, PD1, Pdc1
