With the Qi Tissue Image Analysis Software, you can easily navigate through all your markers and create different composites by simply activating and deactivating markers. Move your cursor over the image to get a first look at the intensity levels of your displayed markers in real-time. 

The extraordinarily high number of markers obtained in a MICS experiment facilitates the accurate recognition of nuclei and cell boundaries, making segmentation faster and more reliable. In this way, correlation of the fluorescence values within your image to certain cells becomes straightforward, allowing the accurate comparison of expression patterns, identification and definition of cell populations, calculation of clusters, and more. 

Gating is a well-known and extremely useful tool regularly employed by flow cytometry researchers. Qi Tissue Image Analysis Software extends the function of this tool by allowing you to gate and sub-gate cells of interest based on a scatter plot, but also by selecting cells in a certain part of the tissue in the image viewer. Select your cells of interest in the plot and see them immediately highlighted on your tissue, or select the tissue section of interest to have it highlighted in your plot.

Use the high amount of data obtained by the MACSima Imaging System to perform clustering analysis with the option of visualizing clusters by location directly on your tissue, or on your scatter plots.
