With extra- and intracellular staining of carefully selected activation markers and cytokines, SARS-CoV-2–reactive T cells can be rapidly identified by flow cytometry. The kits were specifically developed to investigate and monitor SARS-CoV-2–specific T cell responses post infection and vaccination.
