Preparation of cells and nuclei for genomic analysis

Preparation of cells and nuclei for genomic analysis

About the webinar

The reliability and quality of any genomic analysis starts with a proper preparation of the sample. This is particularly key in single-cell and single-nuclei sequencing, where working with highly viable single-cell suspensions, and intact single-nuclei is of utmost importance to ensure good quality data.
In this webinar we will guide you through our workflow solutions for optimal preparation of cells or nuclei prior to genomic analysis. Regardless of the type of cellular samples you work with, we provide gentle and automated techniques to get the most out of your samples for an increased quality and reliability of your genomic results.
