Specifications for Allergin-1 Antibody, anti-mouse, REAfinity™

Overview

Clone REA643 recognizes the mouse allergin-1 antigen, a single-pass transmembrane protein also known as mast cell antigen 32 or allergy inhibitory receptor 1. Allergin-1 inhibits IgE-mediated, mast cell–dependent anaphylaxis in mice and is expressed in myeloid cells (dendritic cells and macrophages) and on mast cells. There is a lower expression on neutrophils.
Additional information: Clone REA643 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
