Cells were incubated with an excess of purified unconjugated CD45RB (C363-16A) antibody followed by staining with fluorochrome-conjugated antibodies of other known clones against the same marker. Based on the fluorescence signal obtained, the clones were identified as recognizing completely overlapping (++), partially overlapping (+), or completely different epitopes (-) of the marker.

Overview

The monoclonal antibody C363-16A reacts with an isoform of mouse CD45 known as CD45RB, which is exon B dependent. It is a 220 kDa glycoprotein expressed at a high density on peripheral B cells, on a subpopulation of T cells and thymocytes and is weakly expressed on macrophages and dendritic cells.
