Overview

Clone REAL292 is an antibody fragment derived from the full CD137 antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAlease Complex to bind markers with high avidity.
Clone REA936 recognizes the mouse CD137 antigen, a single-pass type I membrane protein also known as 4-1BB or TNFRSF9, which is a member of the TNFR superfamily. CD137 is expressed on the cell surface of T cells upon activation. The interaction of CD137 with its ligand, 4-1BBL, on APCs delivers a bidirectional costimulatory signal. CD137 engagement is shown to be required for CD8+ T cell survival and memory formation. Clone REAL292 have strong antagonistic effects in vitro functional assays.
The REAlease Kits consist of the respective fluorochrome-conjugated REAlease Complexes and the REAlease Support Kit for removal of the REAlease Complexes and optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAlease Complexes.
