MACS GMP CD127 Fluorescent Antibodies

Clone: MB15-18C9
MACS
®
GMP CD127 Fluorescent Antibodies consist of a mouse monoclonal antibody against the human CD127 antigen conjugated to a fluorochrome. They are developed for flow cytometric identification and flow cytometric sorting of CD127-positive cells.

Background information

Clone MB15-18C9 recognizes the CD127 antigen, which is the α-chain of the IL-7 receptor, a type I membrane glycoprotein.
The CD127 antigen can be identified on immature B cells through the early pre-B stage, on thymocytes, and on most mature T cells with transient down-regulation upon activation. On regulatory T cells CD127 is absent and its expression is inversely correlated with FoxP3 expression and suppressive function. CD127 is also used by thymic stromal derived lymphopoietin (TSLP) as part of a complex.

Applications

MACS GMP CD127 Fluorescent Antibodies are for identification of CD127 positive cells by flow cytometry as well as cell enrichment by flow cytometric sorting.
