Our service contracts are an easy way to get the most out of your instruments. Choose the appropriate level of support to fit your needs and budget.Planned Maintenance Contract
A Planned Maintenance Contract includes scheduled maintenance visits. Routinely wearing parts are replaced at no charge. Service costs such as labor and travel fees related to the maintenance visit are covered. In case of a necessary repair, spare parts are provided at a discount.
Full Service Contract
With this option, all replacement parts, labor, and travel expenses are covered.
Full Service Premium Contract
In addition to the Full Service Contract, a loaner instrument will be provided, if your instrument must be taken off-site for repair.
Full Service High-Throughput Contract
In addition to the above, high-use customers receive additional planned maintenance visits and valve exchange.
IQ/OQ Services
We provide the necessary official documentation for installation and operational qualifications required to maintain GMP standards.
Depending on your instrument we offer up to four levels of support: Full Service, Full Service Premium, and Planned Maintenance. Institutions that require official documentation of their instruments can choose the IQ/OQ option.
