CliniMACS Prodigy® Hematopoietic Stem Cell Engineering (HSCE) System User Training

About the training

This two-day training offers an application-specific introduction to the Hematopoietic Stem Cell Engineering (HSCE) process on the CliniMACS Prodigy system.

During the training, all process steps from culture setup over transduction to cultivation and harvest are explained and demonstrated to provide a comprehensive understanding of the versatility of this process. Extensive hands-on exercises on the device will further deepen practical expertise.

Please note: Enrichment of CD34⁺ cells is not part of this training but can be arranged on demand.

Course lectures, exercises, and lab parts include:

• Introduction to the CliniMACS Prodigy
• Introduction to features and requirements of the HSCE process
• Theoretical introduction to different HSCE process cases
• Practical operation of the HSCE process
• Process-related failure handling

This Essential Training helps you to become an expert and tap the full potential of your CliniMACS Prodigy and its applications. The training follows a certified training plan and is conducted by certified instructors at our Miltenyi Innovation and Training Centers (MITC). We strongly recommend this training to any key user of the CliniMACS Prodigy.
