Quantitative and qualitative analysis of ES and iPS cell culture by flow cytometry

Stem cells express a number of proteins that are considered to be markers of pluripotency. The differentiation of stem cells or the reprogramming of cells to iPS cells leads to changes in these markers. In vivo micro-computed tomography for the time-lapsed evaluation of angiogenesis

Angiogenesis or neovascularization is the early mechanism responsible for the formation of new blood vessels in situations of tissue adaptation and regeneration.
