CD19 MicroBeads, mouse

CD19 MicroBeads were developed for the positive selection or depletion of mouse B cells from peripheral blood and various tissues such as bone marrow, lymph nodes, and spleen.

Background information

CD19 is expressed on B lineage cells throughout their development from the early pro-B cell stages onwards and is down-regulated upon terminal differentiation to plasma cells.
