Overview

Clone REAL1165 is an antibody fragment derived from the full MYH7B antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity.
Clone REAL1165 recognizes human protein MYH7B, also known as myosin, heavy chain 7B or Myosin-7B, which is a member of the motor-domain superfamily. MYH7B is expressed in extraocular muscles and muscle spindles in heart, skeletal muscle and testis, but also in liver, spleen, lung and pancreas. MYH7B plays a role in muscle contraction. MYH7B is supposed to cause heart diseases including Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), Left Ventricular Noncompaction (LVHT) and Dilated Cardiomyopathy.
For removal of REAdye_lease fluorochromes for optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAdye_lease antibodies use the REAlease Support Kit (130-120-675).
