CD38 antibodies, mouse

CD38 antibodies, mouse

Clone: 90.4 | Dilution: 1:10
Clone 90 reacts with CD38, a 42 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein. CD38 is expressed on B cells, NK cells and a subset of thymocytes and peripheral T cells. CD38 expression is downregulated on mouse germinal center B cells and mouse mature plasma cells. The CD38 molecule, a counter-receptor for CD31, is an ectoenzyme with cyclase and hydrolase enzymatic activity and plays a role in lymphocyte activation.
