The kit contains eight monoclonal antibody conjugates (CD45, CD4, CD3, CD16, CD56, CD19, CD14 and CD8) and 7-AAD Staining Solution. The Immune Cell Composition Kit in conjunction with MACSQuant Dx can be used for semi-automated analysis of immune cell populations. Number and frequencies of cell populations can be determined from the flow cytometry results statistics generated at the end of the immune cell composition Express Mode analysis.
