Overview

Clone REA1109 recognizes the mouse Granzyme A, which is located in CD8+ T cells and in normal lymphoid tissues such as thymus and spleen. Granzyme A belongs to the serine protease family, which is involved in cell lysis mediated by cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) and NK cells. Also known as granule enzymes, granzymes comprise majority of the mass of cytolytic granules in cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) and NK cells.
Additional information: Clone REA1109 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
