Overview

Clone 7H11 recognizes CD370 C-type lectin 9A (CLEC9A), also known as DC NK lectin group receptor-1 (DNGR-1). It is a protein of 264 amino acids expressed at high level on CD8a

dendritic cells and at lower level on mPDCA-1
+
plasmacytoid dendritic cells. CD370 (CLEC9A) recognizes necrotic cell associated epitopes and plays an important role in crosspresentation of dead cell derived antigens.
