From solid tumor to single cells – cell preparation for single cell genomics

Preparing high quality single cell suspensions from tumors is a prerequisite for subsequent single cell analysis. In this webinar we show you how the preparation of single cells from tumor samples influences the performance and reproducibility of your single cell analysis. In collaboration with 10X Genomics, we dissociated tumor tissue with the gentleMACS™ Octo Dissociator with Heaters and the Tumor Dissociation Kit, mouse and performed several clearing steps before analyzing the samples using the Chromium™ System from 10X Genomics. We checked the performance of the workflow, reproducibility, and the characterization of different cell populations in a tumor sample.
