Anti-IL-17A antibodies – functional grade, mouse

Anti-IL-17A antibodies – functional grade, mouse

Clone: TC11-18H10
Interleukin 17 (IL-17) is a family of cytokines that play a central role in adaptive immunity as well as autoinflammatory disorders. Data from several mouse models suggest that IL-17 plays a key role in host defense against certain extracellular bacterial infections. IL-17–producing CD4
T helper (Tʜ17) cells preferentially produce IL-17A, IL-17F, IL-21, and IL-22. After stimulation of mouse T cells, IL-17 is not only secreted by CD4
T cells, but also by CD8
T cells, γδ T cells, NK cells, and granulocytes.

This pure – functional grade antibody is suited for functional assays, for example, neutralization of cytokine activity.
