Detailed separation procedure

The isolation of naive CD8
+
T cells is performed in a two-step procedure. First, naive T cells are enriched by depletion of non-naive T cells and NK cells, which are indirectly magnetically labeled with a cocktail of biotin-conjugated antibodies and Anti-Biotin MicroBeads. In a second step, the enriched naive T cells are labeled with CD8 MicroBeads for subsequent positive selection of the CD8
+
naive T cells.
