全身性エリテマトーデス ： Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE)
全身性エリテマトーデス（SLE）は、幅広い臨床症状を呈して心臓、関節、皮膚、肝臓、腎臓、神経系など多臓器を侵す、慢性、多臓器性の自己免疫疾患です。男女比は１：９ほどで若年女性に好発します。SLEの特徴として抗核抗体の存在、蝶形紅斑、ループス腎炎などが挙げられます。抗二本鎖DNA抗体はSLEにおいて極めて特異的です。治療法は標的臓器と臓器障害の重症度により異なります。
