Overview CD1c (BDCA-1) Dedritic Cell Isolation Kitには、CD1c (BDCA-1)+ 血液樹状細胞を濃縮するために、FcR Blocking Reagent, CD1c (BDCA-1)-PE 抗体, Anti-PE MicroBeadsが含まれています。また、樹状細胞の分離前にB細胞をディプリーションするために、CD20 MicroBeadsも含まれています。 Details Background information ヒトと同じようにアカゲザルの樹状細胞 (DC) は、いくつかのサブセットからなるヘテロな細胞集団です。Myeloid DCとplasmacytoid DCは、それぞれCD11cとCD123の発現で区別されますが、新しいマーカー human blood dendritic cell antigens (BDCA)により、さらに詳細に分類することが出来ます。ヒトでは、２種類のミエロイド系樹状細胞が報告されています: CD11chigh CD123low CD1c (BDCA1)+ DCs と CD11cdim CD123– CD141 (BDCA-3)+ DCs です。また、ヒトplasmacytoid CD11c– CD123+ DCは、CD303 (BDCA-2) あるいはCD304 (BDCA-4)の発現により特徴づけられます1。アカゲザルでは、CD1cは、myeloid CD11c+ CD123- 樹状細胞2 とB細胞のサブセットに発現しています。CD1c抗体とCD20抗体はカニクイザル(Macaca fascicularis) と交差反応を示すことを確認しています。 Applications CD1c (BDCA-1)+ Dendritic Cell Isolation Kitは、アカゲザル (Macaca mulatta) のPBMCsから、CD1c+ 樹状細胞を分離するために使用できます。 Columns ステップ１の磁気分離（ディプリーション）: LD 又はautoMACS® Columns ステップ２の磁気分離（ポジティブセレクション）: MS, LS, 又は autoMACS Columns		Figure 1 Isolation of CD1c (BDCA-1)+ dendritic cells from rhesus monkey PBMCs using the CD1c (BDCA-1)+ Dendritic Cell Isolation Kit.
