Description Lung Dissociation Kit (マウス)は、マウス肺より穏やかかつ迅速に単細胞懸濁液を調製するために開発されました。これは細胞表面分子の発現を維持しながら、白血球及び内皮細胞を多く回収出来るように調製されています。このキットは gentleMACS™ Dissociator と組み合わせて、時間の節約及び、再現性良く単細胞懸濁液を調製することに適しています。 Applications Lung Dissociation Kit (マウス)は、白血球や内皮細胞の分離及び解析の際に、マウス肺からの単細胞懸濁液の調製にお勧めいたします。		Figure 1 Mouse lung single-cell suspensions were stained with Anti-mPDCA-1-FITC and CD11c-APC and analyzed using the MACSQuant® Analyzer.
