Spleen Dissociation Kit (マウス)
Description Spleen Dissociation Kit （マウス）は、マウス脾臓から穏やかかつ迅速に単細胞懸濁液を調製するために開発されました。これは、細胞表面分子の発現を維持しながら白血球（特に樹状細胞）を多く回収できるように調製されています。このキットは gentleMACS™ Dissociator と組み合わせて、時間の節約及び、再現性良く単細胞懸濁液を調製することに適しています。 Applications Spleen Dissociation Kit は、CD11c MicroBeads, Anti-mPDCA-1 MicroBeads, または Pan DC MicroBeads などでの樹状細胞分離の際に、マウス脾臓から単細胞懸濁液を調製するのにお勧めいたします。		Figure 1 Mouse spleen single-cell suspensions were stained with CD11c-APC and Anti-mPDCA-1-FITC and analyzed using the MACSQuant® Analyzer.
