Description T Cell Activation/Expansion Kit は、マウスT 細胞を活性化し、増殖させるために開発されました。 Details Background information このキットには、Anti-Biotin MACSiBead™ Particles と、マウスCD3ε 、 CD28 に対するビオチン化抗体が含まれています。ビオチン化抗体をloadしたAnti-Biotin MACSiBead Particles は、抗原提示細胞に似た働きをし、脾臓やリンパ節の単細胞懸濁液中のresting T 細胞や、分離精製した T 細胞を活性化するのに用いることができます。培養 6–8 日後に再度刺激して活性化することにより、T細胞を増殖させることが出来ます。		Anti-Biotin MACSiBead Particles were loaded with CD3ε-Biotin and CD28-Biotin. Mouse spleen cells were activated for 20 hours, using one loaded Anti-Biotin MACSiBead Particle per lymphocyte. Cells were kept in RPMI and 10% FCS, without rIL-2. The negative control experiment was performed without adding MACSiBead Particles.
