MC CD34 Stem Cell 抗体カクテル (ヒト)
Overview MC 抗体カクテルは、、MACS® Technology による細胞分離の評価をフローサイトメトリーで簡単に行うための試薬です。 MC CD34 Stem Cell Cocktail は、CD34 MicroBead Kit, human あるいは Indirect CD34 MicroBead Kit, human を用いたMACS細胞分離の簡便で迅速な評価に適しています。 Overview Background information この抗体カクテルは、MACSQuant® Analyzer での解析に最適化されており、自動ゲーティングや自動解析が可能です。その他のフローサイトメーターの場合には、手動でのゲーティングとなりますが、これも簡単に行うことができます。MC CD34 Stem Cell Cocktail には CD34-PE 抗体と CD45-FITC 抗体が含まれており、ヒト CD34+CD45dim 造血系前駆細胞の最適な同定が行えます。 さらにカクテルに含まれる CD45-VioBlue 抗体によって、解析対象を白血球に絞ることができます。この抗体は、CD45-FITC 抗体とは異なるエピトープを認識します。VioBlue は、バイオレットレーザーを使用する必要があります。 Clone Isotype CD34-PE Mouse IgG2a CD45-FITC Mouse IgG1 CD45-VioBlue Mouse IgG2a		Human progenitor cells were enriched from PBMCs using the CD34 MicroBead Kit.
