MC CD4 T Cell Cocktail (mouse)
Description MC Antibody Cocktails は、MACS® Technology による細胞分離の評価をフローサイトメトリーで簡単に行うための試薬です。MC CD4 T Cell Cocktail, mouse は、 CD4 (L3T4) MicroBeads, mouse あるいは CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit, mouse を用いて分離した細胞の純度を簡単迅速に評価するために開発されました。この抗体カクテルは、MACSQuant™ Analyzer での解析に最適化されており、自動ゲーティングや自動解析が可能です。その他のフローサイトメーターの場合には、手動でのゲーティングとなりますが、これも簡単に行うことができます。MC CD4 T Cell Cocktail には CD3ε 抗体と CD4 抗体が含まれており、信頼性の高い CD4+ T 細胞の同定が行えます。さらにカクテルに含まれる CD45-VioBlue 抗体によって、解析対象を白血球に絞ることができます。VioBlue にはバイオレットレーザーを使用する必要があります。 Applications MC CD4 T Cell Cocktail は、CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit, mouse あるいは CD4 (L3T4) MicroBeads, mouse を用いた MACS Cell Separations の評価に適しています。 Clone Isotype CD3ε-PE Hamster IgG1 CD4-APC Rat IgG2b CD45-VioBlue Rat IgG2b		CD4+ T cells were isolated from mouse spleen using CD4 (L3T4) MicroBeads. Aliquots of cells before and after the separation were stained with the MC CD4 T Cell Cocktail and analyzed by flow cytometry.
