MC CD19 B Cell Cocktail (human)
Description MC Antibody Cocktails はMACS® Technologyで分離した細胞のフローサイトメトリー解析をよりシンプルにします。MACS® Control CD19 B Cell Cocktail は、CD19 Microbeads, human 、CD20 MicroBeads, human、あるいは B Cell Isolation Kit II, human を使用して MACS Separations を行った際に、簡単且つ迅速に分離の評価を行えるよう開発されました。この抗体カクテルは、MacsQuant Analyzer を使用して分離検体の品質管理が行えるように最適化されており、自動ゲーティング及び解析が可能となります。他のフローサイトメーターを用いた場合でも、簡単にゲートを設定することが出来ます。MC CD19 B Cell Cocktail には、B細胞を確実に同定するための、CD19 抗体および CD20 抗体が含まれています。さらに、解析対象を白血球に限定するために、VioBlue 標識 CD45 抗体が含まれています。蛍光色素 VioBlue を励起させるには、バイオレットレーザーが必要です。 Applications MC CD19 B Cell Cocktail は、MACS® CD19 MicroBeads, human、 CD20 MicroBeads, human、CD22 MicroBeads, humanまたは、B Cell Isolation Kit II, human などを用いた細胞分離の評価に最適です。 Clone Isotype CD19-PE Mouse IgG1 CD20-APC Mouse IgG1 CD45-VioBlue Mouse IgG2a		Figure 1 Human B cells were isolated from PBMCs using CD19 MicroBeads.
