MC CD14 Monocyte Cocktail (human)
Description MACS® Control CD14 Monocyte cocktail は、CD14 Microbeads, human や Monocyte Isolation Kit II, human を使用して MACS 分離 を行った際に、簡単且つ迅速に分離の評価を行えるよう開発されました。MC Cocktails は混合済みの抗体カクテルなので、簡便にお使いいただけます。この抗体カクテルは、MacsQuant Analyzer を使用して分離検体の品質管理が行えるように最適化されており、自動ゲーティング及び解析が可能となります。他のフローサイトメーターを用いた場合でも、簡単にゲートを設定することが出来ます。MC CD14 Monocyte cocktail には、不必要な細胞を除外して単球を同定するための、CD14 抗体および CD15 抗体が含まれています。さらに、解析対象を白血球に限定するために、VioBlue 標識 CD45 抗体が含まれています。蛍光色素 VioBlue を励起させるには、紫色レーザーが必要です。 Applications MC Cocktail は、MACS® CD14 MicroBeads, human 又は Monocyte Isolation Kit II, human などを用いた細胞分離の評価に最適です。 Clone Isotype CD14-PE Mouse IgG2a CD15-APC Mouse IgM CD45-VioBlue Mouse IgG2a		Figure 1 Human monocytes were isolated from PBMCs using CD14 MicroBeads.
