Mo-DC Differentiation Inspector
Overview Mo-DC Differentiation Inspectorは、Mo-DCs の in vitro 生成を簡単迅速に評価するために開発されました。 Details Background information 調製済みの Mo-DC Differentiation Inspector 抗体カクテルを用いることにより、ピペッティングステップを減らすことが出来ます。カクテルに含まれる抗体濃度は最適化されており、分離した単球や分化させた細胞にワンステップで添加して染色後、フローサイトメトリー解析が行えます。Mo-DC Differentiation Inspector には、CD14, CD83, CD209 を認識するモノクローナル抗体と、それらのアイソタイプコントロールが含まれます。 Clone Isotype CD14-FITC Mouse IgG2a CD209-PE Mouse IgG1 CD83-APC Mouse IgG1		Figure 1 Flow cytometric analysis of in vitro generated monocyte-derived dendritic cells (Mo-DCs) using the Mo-DC Differentiation Inspector. Monocytes isolated with CD14 MicroBeads from human PBMCs were differentiated into Mo-DCs in the presence of GM-CSF (1000 U/mL) and IL-4 (400 U/mL) for 7 days. Immature Mo-DCs were differentiated into mature Mo-DCs in the presence of TNF-α (100 ng/mL).
