Lineage Cell Detection Cocktail-Biotin
Description マウス Lineage Cell Detection Cocktail-Biotin は、造血系への分化にコミットした細胞を検出するためにデザインされました。このカクテルには、T細胞, B細胞, 単球/マクロファージ, 顆粒球, 赤血球上の抗原を認識するモノクローナル抗体のパネルが含まれています。Lineage Cell Detection Cocktail-Biotin (マウス) は、骨髄に存在する、リネージにコミットした後期の造血前駆細胞を検出する際に、特に有用です。1次抗体がビオチン化されているため、免疫蛍光染色に種々の蛍光色素をお選びいただけます。 Applications このリネージ抗体カクテルは、フローサイトメトリーや蛍光顕微鏡による、lineage+ および lineage– 細胞の検出や解析に使用できます。また、MACS® Separation を行った後の染色、例えば、CD117 MicroBeadあるいは Anti-Sca-1 MicroBead Kit（FITC）を使用してマウス骨髄細胞を分離した際などに適しています。 Clone Isotype CD5 Rat IgG2a CD11b Rat IgG2a CD45R (B220) Rat IgG2a 7-4 Rat IgG2a Anti-Gr-1 (Ly-6G/C) Rat IgG2a Ter-119 Rat IgG2b		Figure 1 Mouse bone marrow cells were stained with the Lineage Cell Detection Cocktail-Biotin, Anti-Biotin-FITC (A), -PE (B), or -APC (C). Cell debris and dead cells were excluded from the analysis based on scatter signals and PI fluorescence.
