Overview CD31 MicroBeads Kitは、単細胞懸濁液からCD31+ 内皮細胞を分離するために開発されました。 Details Background information CD31抗原は、platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1 (PECAM-1) としても知られる糖タンパク質です。この分子は、成熟した内皮細胞、血小板に発現し、一部の白血球、たとえば単球、NK細胞、顆粒球、B細胞、T細胞のサブセットでも発現が見られます。 Applications CD31 MicroBeads Kitを用いて、包皮などの皮膚組織からヒト皮膚血管内皮細胞(HDMECs)を、臍帯静脈血管からヒト臍帯静脈血管内皮細胞(HUVECs)を分離することができます。 CD31 MicroBead Kitは、以下の分離にも使用されました。 大腸癌や正常大腸組織からの内皮細胞の分離1 繊維芽細胞が混在している培養系から、リンパ管腫由来リンパ管内皮細胞の濃縮2 皮膚や腎組織からヒト微小血管内皮細胞の分離3 Columns LS 又は autoMACS® Columns.
