Anti-IL-10抗体 (マウス)
Description IL-10 (interleukin-10)は、主にCD4+ T細胞や、単球／マクロファージ、樹状細胞のような抗原提示細胞から分泌されます。IL-10は免疫応答の抑制という重要な機能を有し、トレランスの維持に関与すると考えられています。さらに IL-10 は、Th1細胞、活性化単球、NK細胞のサイトカイン合成の活性化を阻害し、またB細胞の抗体産生を刺激します。 Applications この抗体は、フローサイトメトリー解析において、固定、膜透過した細胞の細胞内 IL-10 を染色するために開発されました。 細胞は、懸濁状態で、またはMACS®分離と組み合わせた in-column intracellular staining technology （カラム内細胞内染色技術）により染色できます。 IL-10活性の中和にも使用できるファンクショナルグレードの抗体もございます。 Clone Isotype JES5-16E3 rat IgG2b		Mouse spleen cells were incubated with or without PMA/ionomycin for 6 hours. After 2 hours brefeldin A was added. Cells were harvested, fixed, permeabilized, and intracellularly stained with Anti-IL-10-PE, CD4-FITC, and CD154-APC. Cells were analyzed by flow cytometry using the MACSQuant® Analyzer. Gating was performed according to forward scatter and side scatter properties of the cells.
