Overview この抗体は、フローサイトメトリーや蛍光顕微鏡によるIgG2a+ またはIgG2b+ 細胞の同定および解析に最適です。 例えば、IgG2a または IgG2b アイソタイプのマウス一次抗体で標識された細胞の検出に利用できます。 Details Background information Anti-IgG2ab抗体 (マウス) は、細胞表面にIgG2a又はIgG2bを発現しているマウスB細胞、例えばメモリーB細胞の、flow cytometryによる解析に適しています。またこの抗体は、IgG2a又はIgG2bアイソタイプのマウス一次抗体で標識された細胞の、間接的な免疫蛍光染色にも使用できます。 Clone Isotype X-57 Rat IgG1		Figure 1 Human PBMCs were first labeled with CD14 antibodies (isotype IgG2a) and subsequently stained with Anti-IgG2ab antibodies conjugated to FITC (A), PE (B), APC (C), VioGreen (D) or Biotin (E).
