| Description |
| Anti-IgG1抗体はメモリーB細胞など、表面にIgGを発現しているマウスB細胞のフローサイトメトリー法による解析に適しています。さらにこの抗体は、アイソタイプがmouse IgG1である一次抗体で染色した細胞をフローサイトメトリー法で解析する際に、間接蛍光標識に使用することができます。 |

| Human PBMCs were first labeled with CD4 antibodies (isotype IgG1) and subsequently stained with Anti-IgG1 antibodies conjugated to FITC (A), PE (B), APC (C), or Biotin (D). Cells labeled with Anti-IgG1-Biotin were stained with Anti-Biotin-PE. Cells were analyzed by flow cytometry using the MACSQuant® Analyzer. |
