| Anti-IgM 抗体(マウス)は、IgMアイソタイプのマウス１次抗体で標識された細胞の間接免疫蛍光染色およびフローサイトメトリー解析に適しています。またこの抗体は、細胞表面にIgMを発現しているマウスB細胞のフローサイトメトリー解析にも使用できます。 |

| Human PBMCs were labeled with a CD57 antibody (isotype IgM) and subsequently stained with Anti-IgM antibodies conjugated to FITC (A), PE (B), APC (C), or Biotin (D) and analyzed by flow cytometry using the MACSQuant® Analyzer. Cells labeled with Anti-IgM-Biotin were stained with Anti-Biotin-PE. |
