Overview CD309 (VEGFR-2/KDR) 抗体は、フローサイトメトリーもしくは免疫組織化学染色で、 ヒト、マウス、ラットのCD309 (VEGFR-2/KDR)+細胞の同定や算出に最適です。 CD133, CD34, CD309 (VEGFR-2/KDR) の発現に基づき、内皮前駆細胞(EPCs) を濃縮後、フローサイトメトリーで算定するためのキット、EPC Enrichment and Enumeration Kit もご利用いただけます。 Details Background information CD309 抗体は、vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2 (VEGFR-2)や kinase insert domain–containing receptor (KDR)としても知られる膜貫通型チロシンキナーゼ、CD309抗原を認識します。CD309 は、VEGFの高親和性レセプターであり、造血において役割を果たしています。胚発生時および恒常的な血管新生にも、また腫瘍の血管新生などの病理学的な血管新生にも関与しています。造血系幹細胞(HSCs)のサブセット、内皮前駆細胞(EPCs)、および両者の共通前駆細胞である血管芽細胞に発現が確認されています1–3。CD309の発現は、成熟内皮細胞(ECs)にもみられます4。 Clone Isotype ES8-20E6 Mouse IgG1		Figure 1 Human PBMCs were spiked with human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs), stained with CD309 (VEGFR-2/KDR) antibodies conjugated to PE (A) or APC (B) as well as with CD45-FITC, and analyzed by flow cytometry using the MACSQuant® Analyzer.
