Background information
クローンW8B2 は、mesenchymal stromal cell antigen-1 (MSCA-1) を認識します。MSCA-1 の発現は、骨髄中の CD271bright 集団の間葉系幹細胞 (MSCs) に限局していることが示されています1。この CD271brightCD45dim MSCs は、骨髄中の CD271+CD45+ 画分と比べ、より高いクローン形成能を示します1。そのため、MSCA-1 は、高い増殖能を持つ MSCs を同定するマーカーとして有用です。 |

| Human bone marrow mononuclear cells (BM-MNCs) were stained with Anti-MSCA-1 (W8B2) antibodies conjugated to PE (A), APC (B), or Biotin (C). Cells stained with Anti-MSCA-1 (W8B2)-Biotin were additionally stained with Anti-Biotin-APC. Cells were counter-stained with CD45-FITC and analyzed by flow cytometry. |
