Overview この抗体は、フローサイトメトリーまたは蛍光顕微鏡による、ヒトおよび霊長類のCD45RA+細胞の同定ならびに算定に適しています。 Details Background information クローンT6D11は、ナイーブCD4+ および CD8+ T細胞のほか、CD8+ エフェクター T細胞に発現している、ヒトCD45RA抗原を認識します。CD45RA は、B 細胞および NK細胞のサブセット、plasmacytoid dendritic cells にも発現しています。CD45RA 抗体は、膜貫通型チロシンホスファターゼ の一つである白血球共通抗原 (leukocyte common antigen: LCA) の 220 kDa アイソフォームを認識します。 Cross-reactivity この抗体は、下記動物種との交差性がテスト済みです。 アカゲザル (Macaca mulatta) カニクイザル (Macaca fascicularis) Clone Isotype T6D11 Mouse IgG2b		Figure 1 Human PBMCs were stained with CD45RA antibodies coupled to FITC (A), PE (B), APC (C), VioBlue (D), VioGreen (E), PE-Vio770 (F) or PerCP (G) and CD45RO-PE or -FITC, and analyzed by flow cytometry using the MACSQuant® Analyzer.
