Anti-Cytokeratin-Alkaline Phosphatase
Description 抗Cytokeration-Alkaline Phosphatase 抗体は、2つの抗サイトケラチン抗体クローンCK3-11D5 と CK3-3E4 のカクテルで、アルカリホスファターゼで標識してあります。CK3-11D5 は サイトケラチン7, サイトケラチン8, サイトケラチン18 および サイトケラチン19 を認識するサイトケラチン特異的抗体です。CK3-11D5は、サイトケラチン 7 と サイトケラチン8 を認識するCam5.2 抗体の結合を交差阻害します。一方、CK3-3E4 はサイトケラチン 8 に特異的に結合します。CK3-3E4は、サイトケラチン2量体 8/18 および 8/19 を認識することが知られている A45-B/B3 抗体の結合をほぼ完全に交差阻害します。 Applications 抗Cytokeratin-Alkaline Phosphatase抗体 は、免疫組織化学染色に最適です。この抗体は、上皮組織の細胞内染色や、非上皮系の細胞サンプルあるいは組織サンプル中の上皮由来腫瘍細胞の検出に使用できます。 Clone Isotype CK3-3E4 Mouse IgG2a CK3-11D5 Mouse IgG1		Figure 1 Cells of the breast cancer cell line SK-BR-3 were spiked into PBMCs of a healthy donor and subjected to intracellular staining by using the solid-phase intracellular staining technology in combination with MACS® Separation and Anti-Cytokeratin-Alkaline Phosphatase.
