Description CD56+CD57+ NK Cell Isolation Kitは、ヒトPBMCやその他の単細胞懸濁液より、CD56+CD57+ NK 細胞サブセットと T 細胞サブセットを分離するために開発されました。 Details Detailed separation procedure 最初のステップでは、CD56+ 細胞を CD56 MultiSort MicroBeads で磁気標識し、ポジティブセレクションします。磁気ビーズを切断して遊離させたあとで、目的の CD56+CD57+ 細胞をCD57 MicroBeadsで磁気標識し、2回目のポジティブセレクションを行います。 Columns MS, LS または autoMACS® Columns		CD56+CD57+ cells were separated from human PBMCs using the CD56+CD57+ NK Cell Isolation Kit and an LS Column in a MidiMACS™ Separator for the first positive selection, followed by the separation over an MS Column in a MiniMACS™ Separator.
