ProCatch Glutathione Resin
ProCatch Glutathione Resin は、Glutathione-S-Transferase (GST) などのグルタチオン結合タンパク質を精製するための新しいアフィニティー・クロマトグラフィー樹脂です。 原核細胞もしくは昆虫細胞などの真核細胞からの、中容量から大容量のタンパク質精製に最適化されており、低圧、自由落下、あるいはバッチ法を用いることができます。GST とグルタチオンの相互作用は高親和性で特異的であるため、未変性タンパク質の迅速で効率のよい精製が可能です。 スモールスケールの GST タグ付きタンパク質の高純度精製には、 μMACS™ GST Isolation Kitをお勧めします。		Figure 1 Purification of a 30 kDa glutathione-binding protein with ProCatch Glutathione Resin A: Marker (lane 1), lysate from cell extract (lane 2), flow-through (lane 3), first eluate (lane 4), second eluate (lane 5), third eluate (lane 6) and eluate after boiling the resin (lane 7) were loaded onto a Coomassie-stained SDS gel.
