ProCatch His Resin
ProCatch His Resin は、原核細胞や昆虫細胞から His タグ付きの組換えタンパク質を精製するための新しいクロマトグラフィー （immobilized metal affinity chromatography : IMAC) 樹脂です。この樹脂の官能基にはニッケルが含まれており、 高い結合能が得られます。このキレート化合物は、特異性を高めてきわめて高純度のタンパク質精製ができるように、独自に開発されたものです。 ProCatch His Resin は、未変性および変性タンパク質の精製を、低圧、自由落下、あるいはバッチ法で行うことができます。スモールスケールの、哺乳類細胞からの His タグ付きタンパク質の高純度精製には、 μMACS™ His Isolation Kitをお勧めします。		Figure 1 Purification of a 30 kDa histidine-tagged protein with ProCatch His Resin.
