| Carcinoma Cell Detection Kit は、ヒト血液もしくは骨髄から播種性上皮系腫瘍細胞を迅速に特異性高く免疫細胞化学染色によって検出できる、信頼性の高い研究用ツールです。サイトスピン標本を作製し、サイトケラチンの発現に基づいて細胞内染色することができます。 |

Background information
播種性腫瘍細胞は、末梢血や骨髄等の非上皮組織において、サイトケラチン等の上皮特異的な抗原の発現に基づき検出することが出来ます。サイトケラチンは、上皮細胞に特異的な中間径フィラメントです1,2。ほとんどの悪性細胞は、上皮組織由来でサイトケラチンを発現しており、Anti-cytokeratin antibodyで認識することが出来ます。
Detailed procedure
播種性腫瘍細胞の検出は、Anti-Cytokeratin-Alkaline Phosphatase、アルカリフォスファターゼ標識した２種類のサイトケラチン特異的抗体のクローン CK3-11D5 および CK3-3E4のカクテルを用いて行います。風乾したサイトスピン標本を、90分以内に顕微鏡での観察までもっていくことができます。 |
