Background information
Anti-Cytokeration-Alkaline Phosphatase 抗体は、2つのアルカリホスファターゼで標識された抗サイトケラチン抗体クローンCK3-11D5 と CK3-3E4 のカクテルです。CK3-11D5 は サイトケラチン7, 8, 18 および サイトケラチン19 を認識するサイトケラチン特異的抗体です。CK3-11D5は、サイトケラチン 7, 8 を認識するCam5.2 抗体の結合を交差阻害します。一方、CK3-3E4 はサイトケラチン 8 に特異的に結合します。CK3-3E4は、サイトケラチン2量体 8/18 および 8/19 を認識することが知られている A45-B/B3 抗体の結合をほぼ完全に交差阻害します。 |
