| Description |
抗Melanoma (MCSP) 抗体は、硫酸コンドロイチン・プロテオグリカンメラノーマ関連抗原(MCSP)を認識します。
高分子量メラノーマ関連抗原として知られる硫酸コンドロイチン・プロテオグリカンメラノーマ関連抗原(MCSP) は、ほとんど (> 90 %) のヒトメラノーマ組織やメラノーマ細胞株に発現しますが、カルシノーマ細胞、繊維芽細胞および造血系由来の細胞には発現しません。 |
| Applications |
抗Melanoma (MCSP）モノクローナル抗体は、メラノーマ細胞の直接免疫蛍光染色に適しています。染色した細胞は、フローサイトメトリーおよび蛍光顕微鏡により解析できます。
