| Anti-Cytokeratin (CK3-6H5) 抗体は、単層上皮由来のサイトケラチンと反応する全サイトケラチン特異的抗体です。この抗体は、サイトケラチン7およびサイトケラチン8に特異的な Cam5.2 抗体と交差阻害し1、また、組換え型サイトケラチン8 や、サイトケラチン8とサイトケラチン18とサイトケラチン19 を含む 未変性のサイトケラチン調製液と反応することが示されています。 |
| Applications |
| Anti-Cytokeratin（CK3-6H5）抗体は、免疫組織化学染色およびウェスタンブロッティングに適しています。この抗体は、上皮組織の細胞内染色や、非上皮系の組織あるいは細胞サンプル中の上皮由来腫瘍細胞の検出に使用できます。 |
