CD138抗体 (ヒト)
Description CD138 抗原は、膜貫通ヘパラン硫酸プロテオグリカンであり、シンデカン-1 (Syndecan-1 )としても知られています。この分子は、細胞外マトリックスタンパク質、細胞表面分子および可溶性タンパク質と相互作用します。CD138の発現は、正常および悪性のヒト形質細胞、内皮細胞の側底表面には見られますが、ナイーブB細胞、メモリーB細胞、T細胞、単球には見られません。 Applications CD138 抗体は、悪性造血系細胞の免疫フェノタイピイングを目的する、正常および悪性ヒト形質細胞の検出および細胞計数に応用できます。 この抗体は、MACS® によるコントロール実験に最適です。詳細はseparation reagentのデータシートをご覧ください。 Clone Isotype B-B4 Mouse IgG1		Figure 1 Human PBMCs were stained with CD138-PE and CD19-FITC (A), or CD138-APC and CD19-PE (B).
